Employee MoraleHomemade Christmas
Contributed by Teresa Smith
For Christmas, I invite all 5 managers and their families, including
kids, to my home and I cook a full Christmas dinner for all of them.
I have my husband dress up as Santa and we give the kids each a Christmas present. We also give each manager a Christmas gift.
We always have a great time at these parties. The managers really appreciate all the attention they get.
I also send cards for every holiday to our company stores for the employees and to the managers' homes.
This helps make us more like family than co-workers.
Answer to This Week's Trivia QuestionQ. What percentage of the Earth's water is drinkable?

Joke of the WeekAn executive was interviewing a young woman for a position in his
company. He wanted to learn something about her personality, so he
asked, "if you could have a conversation with anyone, living or dead,
who would it be?"
She quickly responded, "The living one."
