Employee Morale
Thank You Letter Writing Campaign
Today's economy may have taken a toll on employee morale. Some may even find it hard to feel gratitude.
So, in the spirit of Thanksgiving, why not give thanks to those people who contribute to the quality of our lives?
You may need to call city hall or the post office to find out where and to whom to address the letters.
Keep in mind, these letters will make someone's day and in doing so, you and your staff will find it very hard not to feel uplifted, as well.

This idea is just one of many that you can find in our eBook,
101 Low Cost Morale Boosters that Energize Employees -
It's unique because it contains successful morale boosting activities which were contributed by supervisors and managers.
This ebook is part of the Employee Morale Secrets - Power Pack of employee morale books. Learn what the other books are and see all the details at: Answer to This Week's Trivia Question Joke of the Week One
day, a cowboy rode into a Wild, Wild West town. The people in the town
loved to play jokes on visitors. After tying his horse to the pole
outside a bar, the cowboy went in. He went back into the bar and said to everybody,"I
am going to have another drink and when I finish it, I want to see my
horse outside! Or else, I will have to do what I did in Texas - HERE! The people were very frightened. When he finished his drink, he went outside and saw his horse. The villagers had put it back. The cowboy replied, "Well, I had to walk home." (c) Copyright 2009 Harriet Meyerson. All rights reserved.

I like the idea of a calendar for morale. It has been a challenge this year to maintain and encourage morale with so many changes in the economy and jobs.
